Dear Joeusers,
Here is my list of the World's most wanted men. Please add or delete as you feel, but please compile your own list too. Comment,
whether positive or negative, is most welcome. But please let's debate the list.

My list is based on the following criteria:
* Failure to lead your nation responsibly, by forcing the people into poverty and destroying the economy.
* Collusion in Murder.
* Incitement to violence or war
* Blatant liar and devious manipulator.
* Corruption and theft on a grand scale.
* Self-proclaimed leader of nothing.

And here's my list:

10. King Gyanendra of Nepal. (Failure to address human rights).
9. Senior General Tan Shwe of Myanmar (Burma)--(failure to address human rights.)
8. Laurent Gbagbo-President Cote De Ivoire. Failure to rule responsibly.
7. Teodoro Obiang Mbasogo-President Equatorial Guinea. Failure to do anything. Once accused of cannibalism.
6. Robert Mugabe--President of Zimbabwe. Failure to feed his people, amongst many other things.
5. Mwai Kibaki---President of Kenya. Ageing, corrupt leader.
4. Mouammar Quaddafi--President of Libya. Trying to be a good guy. Failing.
3. Kim Il Sung 2-President of North Korea. No food, no electricity, no nothing. Big army though.
2. President Basher Assaad of Syria. Collusion to murder. Self-Proclaimed King of the Middle East.
1. President Ahmedinejad of Iran. Incitement to war amongst many other things.

You are not going to agree with my list but let's get some dialogue going!

I cant think of adding any (I may in time), but I would move Mugabe up to number 3, Jung to 2, and drop Assad down a bit.
