Lieut. Col. Stephen Jordan is being held responsible for the Abu Ghraib embarrassment. Don't tell me the buck stops at a lowly Lieutenant Colonel! Was he the wild card--the top man? If so, did he have no senior officers above him monitoring Abu Ghraib? I don't think so. The rot doesn't stop at Jordan's door and the authorities better do a more complete job.

Why is it the people who want Bush out say the buck stops at GWB, yet others who have an axe to grind with Rumsfeld say that he should step down? Just an observation, not germane to anything here except Abu Ghraib.

Sorry, it's midnight and I am trying to avoid tomorrow. Big paper due tomorrow and that means I don't want to go to bed. Oops, TMI.
